All of our accommodation rates are inclusive of meals, so you don’t need to worry about anything extra during your stay.
We also offer a separate meal package if you’d like to join us for dining while a family member, colleague, or friend is staying with us. This option is perfect if you’d like to come in for dinner with the family or simply enjoy a meal on site without booking a room.
Yes, Oasis caters for a wide range of dietary needs. Our kitchen team is experienced in preparing meals for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special requirements. If you have specific allergies or preferences, just let our staff know when booking or on arrival, and we’ll make sure your meals are tailored to suit you.
Oasis is a fully licensed venue, offering a range of mid-strength beers, premixed spirits, and wines. Drinks can be purchased as take-away or enjoyed in our alfresco, bar, and recreation areas.
Whether you’d like to unwind after a long day or join friends for a social evening, our bar provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink.
Breakfast is served daily from 4:00am – 8:00am, and dinner is served from 4:00pm – 8:00pm each evening.
For health and safety reasons, all hot meals must be enjoyed in our dining room or alfresco area. Unfortunately, hot food cannot be taken back to guest rooms.
Unfortunately not. Due to our large capacity and health and safety regulations, we cannot allow pets/animals on the premises.
Yes – Oasis has recently upgraded its carpark facilities and can now cater for over 400 vehicles, including coaches, light vehicles (LVs), and some trucks.
Please note that road trains are required to park their trailers offsite. Our reception team will be happy to direct you to the nearest assembly bay.
None at all! All guests at Oasis can enjoy our facilities free of charge. This includes:

Our standard check-in time is 3:00pm, and check-out is 9:00am.
If you require an early check-in or late check-out, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please contact our team prior to your stay to confirm arrangements.
As part of our most recent upgrade, Oasis now offers four family rooms designed for comfort and convenience.
Each family room features:
Two bedrooms – one with a queen bed, and one with two single beds
A shared base room rate
Meals charged per person, based on age
This setup makes our family rooms ideal for parents traveling with children or groups needing extra space.
We understand that when staying at Oasis for work, plans can change. That’s why we aim to be as flexible as possible with our policies.
During peak periods, when demand is high, our policies are a little stricter to ensure fairness for all guests.
