TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions apply to your stay at Oasis Newman.
GENERAL
Terms & Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the Oasis Website, via phone, email, and via online booking portals unless otherwise specified.
EARLY CHECK-OUT
The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event a guest departs earlier than the original departure date.
LATE CHECK-OUT
Late checkouts are available upon request. Please contact Reception to check availability. Additional fees may be applied. A late check-out fee may apply if the property is not vacated prior to the set check-out time of the property.
NO PARTY POLICY
Oasis has a strict no party policy. In the event that any apartment/guest is identified as having a party, Oasis reserves the right to immediately request all occupants of the apartment up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the apartment to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the accommodation is non-refundable. In addition, the registered guests will be required to settle the account prior to departure for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the apartment, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.
IDENTIFICATION
Upon arrival at your selected property Guests must provide valid Federal or State Government issued photographic identification for security purposes. The booking must be under the name of the person checking in. In addition, the Guest must also provide a credit card in the name of the photographic ID.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Damage caused to property by guests and visitors of guests to Oasis Newman may have their credit card charged to the amount required to rectify or replace damaged items or property. The charges will not be limited to the item itself and may also incur the additional costs for labour and transport.
THEFT OF PROPERTY
Theft/removal of Oasis property by guests and visitors of guests to Oasis Newman may have their credit card charged to the amount required to rectify or replace stolen items or property. The charges will not be limited to the item itself and may also incur the additional costs for labour and transport.
These include, but are not limited to furniture, decor, bedding, equipment, food & beverages and any other items from rooms and/or facilities belonging to Oasis Newman
CHILD POLICY
Children sleep free on existing bedding, within the maximum allowed guests per room. If a roll away / cot/sofa bed is required charges will apply.
FEES
All credit / debit card payments made to Oasis Newman via an onsite payment system will incur a 1.5% non-refundable credit card service fee in Australia for MasterCard and Visa and a 3.025% service fee for Amex.
FACILITIES
Photos shown on the website are indicative only and may not specifically represent the exact room allocated to you. Facility images featured on the Oasis Newman website may not represent the views offered from our locations. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types.
NO-SHOWS / CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENTS
Each rate booked at Oasis Newman is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the Cancellation Policy of the particular type of rate booked. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to our terms & conditions. If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out early a penalty charge will apply, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy associated with the rate booked.
PRICING ERRORS
Oasis Newman reserve the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price, inclusions or service at any point in time.
1. AMENDMENTS
i. All amendments are subject to the availability and applicable pricing at the time the amendment is requested.
ii. Amendments to Non-refundable Bookings are not permitted.
iii. Amendments may be requested by emailing admin@oasisnewman.com.au or by calling 61 08 9328 0011
iv. If the rate which applies to an amended booking is greater than the rate which applied to the original booking, you must pay the difference along with any amendment fee in full at the time the amendment is approved.
2. CANCELLATION
i. Bookings can be cancelled for no fee until 5 days before the arrival date (Any deposits already made are non-refundable).
ii. Bookings cancelled within 5 days of the arrival date are non-refundable and will incur a full booking charge less any deposit already paid.
iii. Any cancellation fees payable by you will be deducted from any monies paid by you to Oasis Newman and if insufficient funds are available, Oasis Newman may charge, and you authorise Oasis Newman to charge, the credit card the details of which you provided at the time of making your booking.
iv. Where applicable the balance of any monies paid by you after any applicable cancellation fee has been deducted will be held by Oasis Newman as Booking Credit which may be applied to any future bookings you make with Oasis Newman. Refunds can be provided after consultation with Management.
3. NO-SHOWS OR TERMINATIONS
i. If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early after you have checked in you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and will be required to pay to Oasis Newman the full amount of your booking less any amount which you have already paid.
4. DEPOSITS
i. Any booking made which totals 40 nights (or $10,000 whichever is lower) requires a 20% deposit to be made upfront to secure the rooms.
ii. Deposit is non-refundable and is required to be paid within 14 days of invoice and at least 5 days before arrival
iii. Remaining amount for the booking is due within 5 days of the arrival
iv. Cancellation policy (non refundable within 5 days of arrival) apply to all bookings including those where a deposit is taken.
v. Bookings less than 40 nights (or $10,000) may also be asked to make a deposit based on discretion of managment.
